Terms of use
What this is
A mod and chat bot that lets viewers trigger effects in the streamer's own copy of Balatro. It is not made, endorsed or supported by LocalThunk or Playstack. Balatro and its art, music and trademarks belong to them.
Rules
- Follow the Twitch Terms of Service and Community Guidelines, and the rules of the channel.
- Do not use messages, usernames or command text to harass, threaten, spam or post anything hateful, sexual or illegal. Messages you send to the game may appear on stream.
- Do not try to break, flood or exploit the bot or the mod, including by using bugs to gain coins. Report bugs to the streamer instead.
- The streamer and moderators may remove effects, reset balances, ban users or stop the whole thing at any time, with or without notice.
Channel points and chat coins
- Channel points are Twitch's. If an effect cannot be applied, or never gets a legal moment, the redemption is cancelled and Twitch refunds your points automatically.
- Chat coins (Jimbucks) have no cash value, cannot be bought with real money, cannot be sold or transferred outside the stream, and can be changed, reset or removed at any time.
- Effects can help or hurt the run. They are entertainment, and an effect is never guaranteed to succeed, to arrive at a particular time, or to be the same tomorrow. Prices, cooldowns and the list of effects can change without notice.
- Votes and predictions are for fun. Twitch Predictions use channel points only, under Twitch's own rules.
No warranty
The project is provided as it is. It may glitch, crash the game, lose a run or behave unexpectedly. To the extent the law allows, the streamer is not liable for any loss, including lost coins, lost points that Twitch does not refund, or a lost run.
